Registration for Religious Education June 23, 2007 thru June 27, 2008 If you would like to register a child for the 2008-09 school year, who is entering
attending our Religious Education Program:
1. Register in person at 105 Half Hollow Road(in the school) at the following times: Monday thru Friday 9:30AM-11:30AM 12:30PM-2:30PM
2. Please bring a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate.
3. Please bring proof of your child's prior Religious Education, if you are transferring into our program.
Registration Fee Per Family is $110.00
Book Fee is (additional): One Child ~ $30.00 Two Children ~ $50.00 Three or More Children ~ $70.00
Sacrament Fee is (additional): First Holy Communion ~ $45.00 per child
